This is alright after the 43 second mark. I nearly gave up on it before then though. If I couldn't see there was something coming on the waveform I'd of skipped it.
If you had a single song the quality the back end of this, that was over 3 and a half minutes in length, that kept my interest, I'd scout you. Your first upload is your best peice in my opinion.

My instant reaction, your guitars out of tune. Then around 42 seconds my god, that's just not great playing, your hitting the strings so heavy they're bending even further out of tune than they already were. It's a bit better when the drums come in, but it's really quite sloppy. I'm really happy to hear real instruments though and this being a captured performance is a big positive. Keep practicing and double check your tuning before you track anything. I'm aware as well that your intonation might be out, so it's worth getting someone who knows how to set up a guitar to have a look over your instrument.

The intro drags a bit and the mix leaves a lot to be desired. When the drums come in around 52 seconds I was expecting it to get big and wide, but it gets smaller and the drums are way quiet. It's sounds like there's some compression issue or something constraining the overall dynamic in an unpleasant way. The drum programming doesn't really groove and it's very repetative.
